Cleo Cleaners provides professional dry cleaning, laundry, alterations, tailoring, and wedding dress cleaning services at our location at 3351 Markham Rd Unit #110, Scarborough, ON M1X 0A6. This website is for informational purposes and to facilitate customer inquiries only.

4. In-Store Service Terms

When you bring garments to Cleo Cleaners for service, the following terms apply:

• Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround is 2–5 business days. Rush or same-day service is not currently available.
• Garment Care: We take every precaution with your garments. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, inherent fabric weaknesses, or items left unclaimed for more than 90 days.
• Unclaimed Items: Items not picked up within 90 days of completion may be donated or disposed of at our discretion.
• Pricing: Prices are provided at the time of drop-off and may vary based on garment type, fabric, and service required.
• Payment: Payment is due upon pickup. We accept cash and major debit/credit cards.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleo Cleaners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
